Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of delivery (or expected delivery date in non-delivery cases).

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

For damaged or incorrect products: provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

For non-delivery: we will verify using the provided tracking number with our courier partner.

Once approved, you may choose:

Full refund to your original payment method, or

Replacement product shipped at no extra cost.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

If the error is on our end (damaged, wrong, or lost product), we cover all shipping costs for the replacement.

If the error is due to the customer (e.g., incorrect address submitted), additional shipping fees may apply.
Non-Delivery Policy

All orders include a tracking number once shipped.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

West Malaysia: 2–5 working days

East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

Please contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
